How You Can Help
Mount Zion, Jerusalem
August 27th, 2024 / 24th of Av, 5784
Young Jewish men who have graduated high school and are not yet sure what they want to do for the year in the year ahead can earn a fully accredited Bachelor of Arts while learning with Diaspora Yeshiva on Mount Zion, Jerusalem, in record time and inexpensively.
“Experience Yeshiva Life, Earn Your Bachelors of Arts”
The Yeshiva’s Gap Year Program “is for young Jewish men with or without a background in Torah, who have recently graduated high school and want to experience a year of yeshiva life and learning at the Old City of Jerusalem, deepening their connection to the Jewish people and the Torah, with the option of also earning a fully accredited Bachelor of Arts in the process, in record time and inexpensively.”
The Bachelor of Arts can then be used either to secure a solid position in your field of interest or for continued education at an institution of higher learning, such as to earn their Master’s degree, while those who are interested in continuing to learn Torah with the Yeshiva might also be invited to do so.
The new zeman (period of learning) begins the 1st of Elul (Sept. 4th), but the start and end date for the Gap Year is flexible.
